HOW TO SHARE SCREENS ON IPAD, IPHONE, AND MAC

Sharing Screens with Different MacBook User
If you would like to share displays with different MacBook users, then abide by the given steps.
·         Go to the Messages and launch it from the Applications folder or Dock.
·         You should select the person’s conversation with whom you would like to share displays.
·         Then navigate to the Details option.
·         You have to select the ‘Screen Share’ tab.
·         Go to the ‘Invite to Share My Screen’ when you would like then to share the display or ‘Ask Share Screen’ if you would like to share theirs.
·         Now, the other person has to accept the request.
Prevent the Screen Sharing
If you wish to prevent screen sharing, then pursue the given instructions.
·         Navigate to the ‘screen sharing’ button within the Menu section when you are sharing the screen.
·         You have to click on the ‘End Screen Sharing’.
·         Go to the Menu bar and select the ‘Screen Sharing’ option when you are seeing someone else’s display.
·         Now, you should click on the ‘Quit Screen Sharing’ option.
Control Different Screen of Mac User 
If you would like to control different screens of MacBook users, then abide by the given steps.
·         Go to the Control option and click on it within the sharing screen page (if seeing someone else’s display.)
·         You have to wait for the other person to select the Accept option on their PC. You will then be capable of controlling the Mac as required.
·         Navigate to the ‘Observe’ tab to prevent controlling someone else display.
Troubleshoot an iOS Device via Messages Screen Sharing
·         Go to the person and invite him from ‘share your screen’.
·         You should link the iOS device to the Mac with a Lightning cord.
·         Then launch QuickTime within the Applications folder or Dock.
·         You have to click on the File option.
·         After that, click on the ‘New Movie Recording’.
·         You should go to the arrow icon near to the record tab.
·         Now, choose the name of an iOS device beneath the Camera.
